Vodavi Starplus STS

System Time/Date must be set by the first programmed Attendant via admin programming or using feature code 692.
To set using the feature code:

1.Dial [692] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.

2.Enter date and time as follows: YYMMDDHHMM

3.YY = Year (00-99)

4.MM = Month (01-12)

5.DD = Day (01-31)

6.HH = Hour (00-23)

7.MM = Minute (00-59)

8.When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will sound.

9.Press the ON/OFF button to OFF to update the display.

Vodavi Starplus 616, 1224, 2448, and 96EX

From the First Attendant Station:

1.Press ON/OFF Button

2.Dial 76 on the dial pad

3.Enter date and time as follows: YY MM DD HH MM

4.YY = Year (00-99)

6.MM = Month (01-12)

7.DD = Day (01-31)

8.HH = Hour (00-23)

9.MM = Minute (00-59)

10.Press HOLD

Vodavi Starplus-Tria, Digital, Mach I, Infinity, DVX and XTS

From the First Attendant Station:

1.The first attendant station may set system time and date.

2.Dial [692]

3.Enter date and time as follows: YY MM DD HH MM

4.YY = Year (00-99)

5.MM = Month (01-12)

6.DD = Day (01-31)

7.HH = Hour (00-23)

8.MM = Minute (00-59)

9.When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone sounds.

Vodavi Infinity

From any 24-button display phone:

1.Enter programming mode by dialing **3226 from any 24-button display phone.

2.Press FLASH and dial 11

3.The display should show: DATE & TIME MM/DD/YY HH:MM am

4.Choose display format by pressing the appropriate button in the flexible button field.

5.Press the HOLD button or dial in the time and date as follows (12 digits): YY MM DD HH MM SS

6.YY = Year (00-99)

7.YY = Year (00-99)

8.MM = Month (01-12)

9.DD = Day (01-31)

10.HH = Hour (00-23)

11.MM = Minute (00-59)

12.Press HOLD to save. A confirmation tone plays and the display updates.
